Refund policy

RETURNS

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 30 days of delivery if you're in the US, Canada or Australia, or within 14 days of delivery if you're in the UK, Europe or anywhere else in the world.

CONDITION

Items must be unworn, unwashed and sent back in the original NONFILTERD packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

• Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• We'll reply with your return instructions and the return address. Depending on your order, the return address may be in the US or in Europe.
• Send your return with a tracked service and keep your tracking number.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer standard exchanges. If your size doesn't fit, message us and we'll see what we can do.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, message us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, orders can't be cancelled, but you can still return them under this policy.

YOUR RIGHTS

This policy doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
